Steve Bell is a paramedic expert witness providing professional, expert opinion and reports for all aspects of pre-hospital care pertaining to paramedic and ambulance clinical practice.  Steve’s medico-legal services include the provision of expert advice and document review, screening and short form written reports and court (CPR35) compliant reports.

Steve is an NHS Consultant Paramedic with significant experience of both NHS ambulance and Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) pre-hospital care.
